Diabetes is non-communicable diseases that transpire due to lack of insulin formulation in the body. At BOC we manage two types of Diabetes. Type 1, is mainly achieved by the use of insulin injection of which we also have different types of insulin injections. Type 2, mostly transpires at adulthood and normally managed by administering oral medications and guiding the client on lifestyle management.
